In recognition of my role as a steward of my liberal faith, of our church, and of our religious values, I am pleased to make my annual financial commitment for FY 2008 (May 1, 2008 - April 30, 2009) in the amount of:

I will not be making a financial commitment at this time. I would like to continue membership in the congregation. I would like to speak with a minister or a member of the Stewardship Committee.
My spiritual needs have changed. I no longer wish to be a member.

I will make every effort to meet this commitment with the understanding that circumstances may not permit me to meet it in full.
