What are your gifts?
Do you have special (or ordinary) skills,
interests, experience?
Our church offers us many ways to use our gifts in ministry to the
congregation and to the community.
Pledging Committee
As the primary source of revenue for Church operations, the committee has many
important, and even fun, tasks. In addition to making stewardship calls, we host small
dinners, coordinate the Fellowship Dinner and other events, write/design materials,
provide clerical support, and more. If you don't like asking for money, it doesn't matter
- 75% of what we do isn't asking for money!
Auction
The more
volunteers, the more successful this important church fundraiser; Members, friends, and
businesses contribute services, crafts, art, dinners, etc. There are many different tasks
- it is easy to find something you'd enjoy doing.

Gardening
With a little TLC, we will have a beautiful garden along our Charles Street wall. Even if you can volunteer only an hour a month, the garden will appreciate it!
Personnel
Experience with human resources tasks, including writing job descriptions, is of great
value to both staff and Board.
